Refund Policy

 

Thirty (30) Day Return Policy - 30-day money-back guarantee to all Customers (less shipping and handling if applicable). If for any reason a Customer is dissatisfied with any Eternal Fragrance product, he/she may return the product to Eternal Fragrance if purchased directly from Eternal Fragrance Website, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price (limited to one open container per product).

 

If the Customer requests a refund within the 30 Days of Purchase, the Customer must contact us at help@eternalfragrance.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

• The Customer is responsible for returning, and insuring the return of the product to Eternal Fragrance (Refer to “Procedure for All Returns” for further details).

• After receiving the returned merchandise, Eternal Fragrance will refund the order within 10 business days, which will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card used to process the order.

• Only one refund per product will be given for opened containers.

Ex. 1: If you buy three bottles of the same fragrance, only one may be returned opened. The other two must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with its original product packaging.

Ex. 2: If you have previously requested a refund for a specific fragrance, you will not be able to get a refund for any further purchases of the same fragrance.

 

• Eternal Fragrance reserves the right to reject repetitive returns or replacements.

• Packages returned without an RMA # will be charged an additional administrative processing fee of $20 per order.

• The processing of refunds or exchanges for returned packages with no RMA # may be delayed.

 

 

 

 

 

Procedure for all Returns

• To receive a refund, exchange, or replacement on product purchased from Eternal Fragrance, a Customer must:

• Submit a request via help@eternalfragrance.com for a RMA# and return shipping address.

Customers must submit a request within thirty (30) days to receive a RMA#.

• The RMA # is required on all returns and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

• The product(s) to be returned must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

• After Eternal Fragrance receives the returned merchandise, Eternal Fragrance will refund the order within 10 Business Days, which will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card used to process the order.

• Return the product with the original order confirmation or packing slip to Eternal Fragrance.

• Products shipped must be packaged in a manner that prevents damage to the product in transit.

• Eternal Fragrance recommends the sender to insure and track all returns, as Eternal Fragrance is not liable for items lost in transit.
